2. About Orizon Essence
This website is operated by Orizon Essence in Japan. It introduces our products, producers, pairings, recipes, journal articles and business activities. The operator information required for online sales is available on the Specified Commercial Transactions page ↗ of our BASE shop.
3. Purchases through the BASE shop
This website does not process checkout or payment directly. When you select View in shop, you leave this website and enter the Orizon Essence shop operated through BASE. A purchase contract is formed through that shop in accordance with the product listing, checkout confirmation, shop rules and applicable law.
Before completing an order, please review the product description and the current:
- price, consumption tax and any delivery charges;
- available payment methods and payment timing;
- estimated dispatch or delivery information;
- cancellation, return, exchange and refund conditions; and
- seller information shown under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
If information on this editorial website differs from the current BASE product listing or checkout screen, the information presented for that transaction in the BASE shop will apply, subject always to rights that cannot be limited under Japanese law.

An order may be declined or cancelled where a product is unavailable, information or pricing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery is not possible, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, it will be handled in accordance with the shop’s applicable refund process and Japanese law.
Product availability, bottle design, harvest year, packaging, price and delivery conditions may change. We take reasonable care to keep information current but cannot guarantee that every update will appear simultaneously across this website and the BASE shop.
5. Product and food information
Flavor descriptions, pairings and serving suggestions express the expected character of a product and are not guarantees that every person will perceive it in the same way. Agricultural products may show natural differences between harvests.

To the extent permitted by law, Orizon Essence is not responsible for loss caused solely by temporary unavailability, external services outside our control, or a visitor’s use of general editorial guidance contrary to product labels or reasonable food-safety practice.
