We chose Zero One for what stands behind Green: the Kalligiannis family's connection to its groves, organic cultivation, PDO North Mylopotamos provenance and vivid Koroneiki character. The producer's wider portfolio also carries documented competition recognition. Our relationship began in Crete and developed through a shared respect for provenance, precision and honest quality.
